Does the hotel offer transfer services to and from Dubrovnik Airport?

A private arrival taxi transfer to or from Dubrovnik Airport costs 39 € for a vehicle which seats up to three persons (and three suitcases) and 49 € for a van which seats seven persons. Please contact our Reservations Department with flight information to book a transfer or simply fill in the online form. Should you wish to book a departure transfer service, please visit our Guest Relations desk during your stay. A private departure transfer service costs 37 € for a car which seats up to three passengers and 47 € for a van which seats seven passengers.

How can I get to the Old Town?

Our attentive staff at the Guest Relations desk will gladly arrange a transfer to and from the city with one of our drivers by car for 110 HRK or by van for 121 HRK.

If you would like to use the public transportation, the bus stop is located just less than 300 meters from the main entrance to the hotel. The number 6 bus departs every 10-15 minutes and will take you to the entrance to the historical city center (last stop).

Is it possible to buy city bus tickets in the hotel?

Yes, you can buy one-way city bus tickets at the reception desk for 12 HRK. Tickets cost 15 HRK when purchased on the bus.

Are beverages included in the price of half board?

Beverages are not included in the price of half board.

Are sun loungers, towels and sun umbrellas at the beach and pool included in the price?

Yes, the use of sun loungers, towels and sun umbrellas is included in the price for all hotel guests.

Is it possible to pay for my stay with bank or credit cards?

You can pay for your stay with all major bank and credit cards.

Is there a choice of gluten-free food?

Yes, we always have a selection of gluten-free products at our buffet (breakfast and dinner).

Can I enter my room before check-in time (3 p.m.)?

If the room is ready we will gladly let you in earlier. However, if your room isn’t ready, there is a baggage storage at your disposal and you may use the rest of the hotel’s amenities while waiting.

Can I pay in EUR?

The official currency in Croatia is the Kuna and the total amount of the reservation and additional services are charged in Kuna at the middle exchange rate for the euro on the day of final accounts settlement.

Which credit cards can be used for online payments?

All major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners), but not debit cards.

Can I request a specific position of my room/suite (preferred floor etc.)?

We will do our best to meet your needs and requirements, but we cannot make any guarantees.

Are extra beds and baby cot available in the room?

Extra beds are available in selected room types, where specified (please check the amenities for each room type). Cots are available in all rooms and suites free of charge. Please point it out when reserving your stay if you need an extra bed or a baby cot. 

Is the use of the fitness/wellness zones free of charge?

The use of fitness/wellness zones is free of charge for all hotel guests. This includes the use of indoor pools, the sauna and fitness rooms.

Is in-room breakfast available?

Yes, for an additional fee. 

How much does internet access cost?

Wi-Fi is free of charge in all guest rooms and common areas of the resort. Please request the password for free internet access when checking in the hotel.

Is it possible to arrange day-trips or hire a tour guide?

Yes. Please visit our Guest Relations desk. 

Is it possible to rent a car or scooter?

Yes. Please visit our Guest Relations desk.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Pets are not allowed.

If I change the dates of my stay, will this influence on the price?

Please contact our Reservation Team and they will be glad to serve you.

Is it possible to prolong the stay on the day of departure? How much does that cost?

Yes, you can extend your stay if there is availability. Please talk to the Reception desk and they will be happy to serve you.
